Yeah, I’m moving to blogspot now. WordPress isn’t giving me enough options so after thinking long and hard, I’ve decided to give in and move my blog – ONCE AGAIN. This blog will still be up so you all can view my older posts because I’m a lazy ass like that. My new blog will be updated with more looks, tutorials, D.I.Y Beauty, Giveaways and much more. So do update your bookmarks! I apologize for any inconvenience.

A very small haul, mainly skin care and some small things. I wanted to wait until my MAC purchases came in, but I’ll just put that in a later post. I’m going to focus more on the skin care items that I purchased because they’re my current favorite items these past few weeks.

Lumene is a Nordic brand with a wide variety of skin care and cosmetics. Their skin care is sectioned off in age ranges.

I really like the cleanser – it doesn’t leave my skin all dry and tight, yet my skin feels clean and smooth. Those beauty drops in the far right are my favorite! I put this on before my moisturizer and it leaves my skin matte and helps my moisturizer absorb into my skin much faster. It also leaves my skin super smooth. As for the Time Freeze serum, I use that at night and apply it before I use my night cream. Its really soothing and it gives off a slight cooling sensation. I have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin has less dry patches (around my cheeks), it isn’t as oily (especially in the t-zone!) as it was before and my skin looks brighter and my skin’s texture has been much smoother. Plus, these items are very affordable, so go and give this line a look.

Ok, I know that there a lot of people out there who like the YesTo line. But honestly, I don’t really see what the hype is all about. This eye gel is the only product I have from this line and I wasn’t impressed. It cost US$15 and that isn’t including tax for that small thing. Yes, I know that eye products are a little more on the pricier side, but really, this is worth its price. It gave a cooling sensation, but that faded quickly after a few seconds. As it was absorbing, my eye area felt sticky and uncomfortable. It took long to sink in. I didn’t really see an improvement in my eye area. The Hanwoong Collagen Hydro Eyepatch worked much better than this and it cost much cheaper. Sorry YesTo lovers, but I not going to purchase anything else from this line. I’m just going to stick with Olay, Roc, Laneige and Shiseido.

I didn’t want to purchase any Jesse’s Girl products because I thought that they were too glittery for me. I’m not a big fan of shimmer and glitter as much as I used to be, but these colors were really nice and I couldn’t resist! And what I liked about them the most?

Look how packed it is – its crazy! But the new pots have a sifter now, so its not as packed as this one – but less messy.

You can’t really see here, but when you look at different angles, you see different colors. I especially love Sunlit Cactus! It has beautiful green and olive specs in it – gorgeous! These work wonderfully as highlighters and as blending colors.

Along with the pigments/shadows, I purchased Pretige eyeliners from there Smooth Minerals line. These pencils glide on very nicely and they don’t tug on your eyelid. I also got some MAC pigment samples and purchased an eyeliner brush from Stars Makeup Haven. Its nice and pretty thin, but I haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet. Also, I bought the Olay Quench with the gradual tanner, but it’s not doing much for me. The TREsemme 24 Hour Body finishing spray is crap – total BS! It didn’t even hold my style all day, and my hair became flat after a few hours. I wouldn’t buy this again. Hopefully I can start doing some makeup looks here soon and thanks everyone for viewing and/or commenting! I hope you like my mini haul and reviews. Bye lovelies! ♥

Everyone wants their skin to look its best – naturally. So I think a lot of you would like to know about this. I joined this giveaway contest on Leon’s website and I think you all should join too. Honestly, I’ve been planning to buy her e-book, and since she’s giving away a copy of it once again, I can’t give up this opportunity, haha. I actually tried some of her DIY remedies and they work pretty good. I’ve also heard some good raves on her Lash Mantra as well, and the good thing is – everything’s all natural. So anyone who’s wanting to try the natural DIY skincare route, definitely check out her awesome website and join this giveaway!

When I first started using makeup, I always tugged on my skin – especially on the eye area. Now I just started seeing a few fine lines around my eyes and I wanted to start preventing premature sagging. It’s better late than never yea? So I decided to try the Hanwoong Collagen Hydro Eyepatch.

It’s claims:
This patch stays in place while delivering concentrated nutrients and moisture. (Hydrogel)
– Especially high – formulated hydrogel makes eyes elastic and healthy. (TDS : Trandermis Delivery System)
– Supply of concentrated nutrition & excellent absorption (Botanical Collagen, Vitamin A, E & Aloe extract)
– Botanical collagen, vitamin A, E & Aloe extract work to protect the skin. – Alibaba

I inherited dark circles from my mom’s side so there’s not really much for me to do besides getting enough sleep, drinking water, etc to prevent my eyes from getting darker and avoiding puffiness. But that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t take better care of my eye area. Signs of aging all start there and I want to do what I can to slow down the process. I ordered the 5-pack from a forum and I recieved it in about 2-3 weeks (I ordered from Georgia and I’m located in California). Its not a miracle worker, but it did give some nice results. One packet had two eye patches and I placed them on before I go to sleep for about 20 minutes. Right when I open the packet I touched the gel (Hydrogel) and its icy cool. When I applied it under my eyes, the cooling sensation feels very soothing. I also felt a bit of tightening going on as well. After trying it 2-3 times, I noticed my eyes were brighter, my fine lines seemed to soften and my dark circles actually looked a tad lighter. So I’m definitely going to order some more. I recommend this to anyone who wants a quick fix with puffiness, but I think those with really dark circles wouldn’t really get anything much out of this.
